Writing Dice

I picked these up online and they are a wonderful tool to force myself out of my comfort zone. The idea is to roll the dice for the parameters I must work within. My job then is to create a story from that wildly random set of criteria. Below are the better of the stories that have come from this little writing exercise. Typewriter Series

I learned to type at an early age on a small manual typewriter, long before I took an official typing class in high school. Much to the annoyance of my teacher at the time, I had already established habits which produced much faster results than the rigid methods they were so determined that I should adhere to. In order to live up to the title of "Old world writer" I felt I must present some written works in this rather nostalgic format.
